What does the AI do?

Sultan analyzes store data and provides an Arabic report with recommendations and links to relevant screens. It does not execute recommendations automatically.

Do customers need a separate app?

Customers use the Skakir interface inside your store to follow their points and rewards.

Which languages does the product support?

The experience is Arabic-first, with Arabic and English customer in-app notifications. Sultan reports are in Arabic and emails use an Arabic design.
